Font Creation
I created 'Sarah Script' as a fun typography experiment to make my portfolio feel more personal and unify my brand presence. Using Calligraphr, I printed a template, filled it out by hand, and turned it into a fully functioning .ttf font. To test it out, I designed a small quote and illustration gallery using the font for the copy — a simple, cute space inspired by the kinds of positive little visuals that always brighten my day.

Soundtrack of a
Student-Athlete
This concept grew from my love for James Madison University Athletics, women’s sports, and the storytelling power of music. Inspired by the energy surrounding Spotify Wrapped, I designed a social graphic series featuring a portrait of the athlete styled like a Spotify track screen, with their position as the “song title” and their name as the “artist.” The format is simple, customizable, and easily adaptable across platforms — and if used on social media, it could even incorporate each player’s favorite song or pre-game go-to as the audio overlay or include their top 10 songs in the caption for more engagement. This project let me blend clean design with personal storytelling in a way that celebrates athletes as creators of their own standout moments.
